All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Please check the details thoroughly including the products ordered, delivery method, personal details and delivery address.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and efergy will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in London, England and the language of the contract is English.
If you wish to cancel your order you have 7 days from the delivery of the email confirmation. To cancel your order, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details including transaction number and the reason for the cancellation.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, or that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold.
Prices shown on the site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised. The price displayed on the site at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in the cases of obvious error. If you would like a quote on an ex-VAT price, or you require a VAT receipt please contact email@example.com.
efergy accepts payment via PayPal, VISA and MasterCard.
Payment will be debited upon dispatch of the item. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to efergy, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We have 2 delivery options
Standard delivery is between £2.9-£6 for delivery between 1 and 3 working days. Orders must be received by 3pm.
International delivery is between £3.9-7.5£ for delivery between 3 and 4 working days. Orders must be received by 3pm.
All delivery times quoted are for delivery to Mainland UK only. For delivery to other areas and overseas, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Delivery is only during and on working days on Monday to Friday, excepting Bank Holidays.
Standard and Free delivery is made via Royal Mail. The times for delivery are estimates based on Royal Mail's usual service times. efergy cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or otherwise outside our direct control.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
To cancel an order, email email@example.com with details of your order, including your transaction number and your reason for cancelling. You have 7 days from the receipt of your order to cancel your order. If you have already received your goods, you must return the goods to us in an unused condition with the original packaging. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We trust you will be happy with your efergy products, but if you need to return an item, please read and note the following.
Cancelling an order
If you cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of your order, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order details and transaction number and the reason for the cancellation. Your payment will be returned to you via the same payment method used for the original transaction. efergy will endeavour to complete the refund as soon as practicable, within 30 days of receipt of your cancellation. If you have already received your goods when you cancel your order, efergy require that you return the goods to us at efergy Returns, Langley House, 320 Main Road, Darnall, Sheffield S94QL (United Kingdom). Please return the product in a saleable condition and with any and all included accessories in the original packaging.
If you are not happy with your purchase from efergy.com please contact email@example.com with your transaction number, order details, personal details and the reason for the return. efergy require that you return the goods to efergy Returns at Langley House, 320 Main Road, Darnall, Sheffield S94QL (United Kingdom). Please return the product in a saleable condition and with any and all included accessories in the original packaging. Refunds will be made at the sole discretion of efergy. efergy will endeavour to complete the refund as soon as practicable, within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.
Returning replacement goods
Once you receive the replacement, if you wish to cancel your order, you have 7 days from receipt of the replacement goods to cancel your order. To cancel your order, please see Cancelling an order above. Please return the faulty item to efergy Returns at Langley House, 320 Main Road, Darnall, Sheffield S94QL (United Kingdom). Please return the product and any and all included accessories in the original packaging. Once we have received the faulty goods we will refund you the delivery cost for your return of the goods.
